Pumpkin Pie Superfood Smoothie Recipe December 01 2015

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk
¼ cup canned pumpkin
½ banana
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
ice as needed

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender in the order of the recipe.
  2. Blend on high until smoothie comes together and is smooth.
  3. Add more milk or ice as needed.
  4. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
