Bo's Raspberry, Oatmeal, and Hemp Seed Cobbler July 14 2014

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1 cup Bo's Buds
10 oz fresh or frozen (and defrosted) raspberries 

In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, oats, and butter until you have coarse crumbs. Mix in the brown sugar, lemon zest, and 3/4 cup of Bo's Buds.

Use 2/3 of the mixture to evenly fill an 8" square baking dish. Spread the raspberries evenly over the filled baking dish.

Top with the remaining third of the mixture, followed by remaining 1/4 cup of Bo's Buds.

Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes or until the top is a golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream!
