Bo’s No-Bake Power Bars September 25 2013
1⁄2 cup large flake oats
1⁄2 cup nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc)
1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
1⁄4 cup flaked coconut
1⁄4 cup raisins
1⁄4 cup cranberries
4 tbsp Bo’s Buds hemp seed
Toast above for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and add to:
3 cups of bran flakes (or any cereal you like! corn flakes, rice krispies, etc)
Combine the following over low heat until blended:
1⁄2 cup peanut butter
1⁄2 cup honey
1⁄2 agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla
Cool, then stir into nut/cereal mixture. Press into 12x18 dish, let cool, and cut into bars. Alternately, mixture can be rolled into balls.
