Rosemarie’s Hemp and Chia Pudding July 10 2013

Heal from within with this delicious pudding from one of our favourite customers - perfect for breakfast or dessert!

2 cups coconut milk
6 tablespoons Bo’s Buds (hemp seed)
6 tablespoons chia
4 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons Bo's FlourPower 
Handful of goji berries
3 tablespoons of cacao nibs
3 tablespoons of raw cacao 

Method

Mix all ingredients together until smooth, and then add 2 tablespoons of raw honey. 

Keep this in the fridge, makes enough for four days.
